Aya's paws curled as she tightened them into small fists.

But, it's still possible. It's possible that they're... that Raggs... is dead.

No. Don't you think like that Aya, whispered her conscience. Don't you dare.

Raggs isn't dead. No one is. Just because they're missing does not mean that they're dead. Think Aya. Use that head of yours. Whatever happened, even though they aren't here, they're not dead. There are no bodies. There's nothing that suggests that. You have to believe. He'll come home. Definitely. After all, he promised to come home. He won't break that so easily.

Taking a stance, Aya picked herself up and joined a group of pokemon making their way back to the village.

"I'll wait for you Raggs. I believe," the Cyndaquil quietly assured herself.
